•12 hours on site for Saturdays; 8 hours on site for all other days
•The Madison staff cleans restrooms and collects trash. Renters are responsible for all other cleaning and trash removal such as confetti, petals, etc.
•Rental times include all set-up and take-down time for the renter.
•For your convenience, The Madison does not require the use of preferred vendors, making it the ideal place to create an event that is entirely your own. A $5 per person fee will be charged that will go to the Madison Education Foundation.
•If a rehearsal day is requested, an additional fee will be required.
•Bar service is available for licensed bartenders or professional caterers.

The Madison offers each couple exclusive use of the building on their special day. With an outdoor veranda, large lobby, and 900-seat theater, The Madison can host your guests either through a more intimate experience with 50 guests or less or larger space for up to 250 guests.

Our wedding packages include all your venue needs, including tables, chairs, and exceptional audio/video equipment. Dedicated staff will be on-site throughout the event to make sure everything runs smoothly and seamlessly.
